How to use the site
Navigation, search, languages, the dark theme, saved stories and notifications.
Esta seção ainda não foi traduzida para o seu idioma, por isso aparece em inglês.
Navigation
On a computer the sections are in the left sidebar: news, markets, tools and the rest. On a phone use the bar at the bottom of the screen and the menu button. The footer lists every section too.
Search
The search field at the top finds stories, coins and tokens, DApps, tools and authors as you type. Use the arrow keys and Enter to open a result.
Language and theme
Switch the language in the menu at the top. Stories are translated automatically from English and marked as such; a few sections (for example the podcast) exist only in some languages, and the page says so.
The sun and moon button switches between the light and the dark theme.
Saved stories and the watchlist
The bookmark on a story adds it to Saved. The star next to a coin adds it to your Watchlist with its price and news. Both lists are kept in this browser, so they don't need an account.
Notifications and subscriptions
- The bell at the top shows site announcements: new podcast episodes, features and important news.
- Browser notifications bring breaking news even when the site is closed. Your browser asks for permission first; you can turn them off at any time.
- The newsletter sends the top stories by email every few days, and each language has its own RSS feed.
An account
Reading is free and needs no account. With an account you can comment, earn coins, open daily chests and invite friends. See Account, coins and rewards.
