U.S. spot XRP exchange‑traded funds (ETFs) experienced their first week of zero net inflows, according to data from Sosovalue. After a $529,500 outflow on Monday, Nov. 2, the funds recorded flat sessions from Nov. 3 through Nov. 6, leaving weekly net flows at zero. The decline coincided with XRP’s price slipping to about $1.16, a roughly 7% drop over the past week and a 50% decline from a year earlier.
The only fund to move on Nov. 2 was Canary’s XRP ETF (ticker XRPC), which posted the $529,500 outflow. Cumulative net inflows to XRP ETFs remain at $1.81 billion, but total net assets fell to $1.34 billion, representing 1.82% of XRP’s market capitalization, down from $1.425 billion reported earlier in the week. October’s inflows shrank dramatically to $18.8 million from $121.4 million in September, ending a 12‑week streak of weekly inflows that had been highlighted by Bitcoin.com News earlier in the month.
On‑chain data shows heightened activity on Nov. 4, when 418.5 million XRP left Binance—its largest single‑day outflow in nine months. The move surpassed the 315 million XRP withdrawn on Oct. 29, the day of Binance’s $6.3 billion hack. The outflow pushed Binance’s XRP scarcity index to a four‑year high, according to Bitcoin.com News. Additionally, a single XRP millionaire wallet transferred 140.35 million XRP (about $167.8 million) to an unknown address, indicating that large holders are moving tokens into storage rather than selling on the market.
Analysts cited by Bitcoin.com News note $1.21 as a key support level and a break above $1.34 as necessary to confirm a bottom. With XRP now trading below $1.21, the next technical target is near $1.11. Market participants will be monitoring whether on‑chain withdrawals stabilize and whether any fresh capital returns to regulated XRP ETF products, which could influence price pressure in the coming weeks.
