COYTX GLOBAL LLC · Vigente desde October 30, 2026
Los documentos legales se publican en inglés, que es la versión vinculante.
1. Controller and scope
This Policy describes processing by COYTX GLOBAL LLC, operator of COINMAG at https://coinmag.org. Contact: [email protected].
2. Data we may process
Depending on enabled features: identity and verification records; contact and account details; device, IP, log and approximate location data; subscription and transaction metadata; wallet addresses and blockchain transaction identifiers; customer-support communications; user posts and moderation records; marketing preferences; and technical/security data. Payment-card data should ordinarily be handled by a compliant processor rather than stored by COINMAG.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Purposes may include account operation, identity and sanctions screening, custody and transaction processing, fraud prevention, security, customer support, legal compliance, subscriptions, editorial/community features, marketing consent management, analytics and dispute resolution. Where GDPR or similar law applies, identify and document the specific legal basis for each purpose; do not rely on blanket consent.
4. Sensitive and verification information
Where identity, source-of-funds, source-of-wealth, biometric or other sensitive verification information is collected, provide jurisdiction-specific notices, establish a lawful basis, minimize collection, restrict access and define retention. Do not collect biometric data unless necessary and legally reviewed.
5. Sharing and processors
Information may be shared with hosting, custody infrastructure, blockchain analytics, identity verification, sanctions-screening, payment, analytics, security, customer support, email and professional service providers, and authorities where legally required. Maintain a current vendor and subprocessor list and contracts with required privacy and security terms.
6. International transfers
Worldwide operations may involve transfers across borders. Before transfers, identify data locations and implement applicable transfer safeguards, such as adequacy mechanisms or approved contractual clauses, where required. A generic statement does not itself establish a lawful transfer basis.
7. Retention and deletion
Set a documented retention schedule for account data, KYC/AML records, custody ledgers, transaction records, marketing records, user content, security logs and legal claims. Retain regulated records for legally required periods; securely delete or anonymize when no longer needed.
8. Rights and requests
Depending on location, individuals may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object, port data, withdraw consent or complain to a regulator. Requests: [email protected]. Verify identity proportionately and respond within applicable statutory periods. Some AML, sanctions, fraud or legal-retention rules may restrict disclosure or deletion.
9. Security and incidents
Use risk-appropriate technical and organizational measures, access controls, encryption, key management, monitoring, backups, vendor oversight and incident response. No system is perfectly secure. Notify individuals and regulators where and when required by law.
10. Cookies, children and updates
Explain actual cookie and analytics use in the Cookie Policy. Do not knowingly provide services to children where prohibited; age restrictions and parental-consent rules vary. Update this Policy when processing changes.
