1. Operator and scope

These Terms govern access to COINMAG at https://coinmag.org and all related websites, applications, accounts, content, subscriptions, publishing, marketing, affiliate, ratings, event, financial and digital-asset services (the “Services”). The Services are operated by COYTX GLOBAL LLC (“COINMAG”, “we”, “us”). Contact: [email protected].

2. Global availability; no universal authorization

The Services may be accessible internationally, but availability does not mean that COINMAG is licensed, registered, authorized or permitted to provide every service in every country. Certain features may be restricted by residence, location, citizenship, sanctions, product eligibility, local law or our risk controls. We may refuse, suspend or limit access in any jurisdiction. You are responsible for determining whether use is lawful where you are located. COINMAG must not onboard or serve customers in a jurisdiction unless it has completed the applicable legal and licensing assessment.

3. Service categories

COINMAG may provide media and editorial content; user accounts and community features; user-submitted articles and comments; paid Premium subscriptions; advertising, sponsored publications, PR and marketing services; affiliate links and referral programs; ratings and research; event listings; financial or digital-asset services; and cryptoasset custody, deposit, transfer or withdrawal functionality where legally authorized and described in separate product terms.

4. Separate agreements and regulated services

Some features require additional agreements, disclosures, eligibility checks, risk acknowledgements, identity verification or a separate customer agreement. Where a custody, wallet, deposit, transfer, exchange, investment or other financial feature is offered, the applicable product-specific agreement and mandatory law govern. These general Terms do not themselves authorize COINMAG to provide a regulated service.

5. No professional advice by default

Editorial content, ratings, market information and general educational material are not personal investment, legal, tax or financial advice. Unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise and the service is legally authorized, no advisory, fiduciary, broker, portfolio-management or agency relationship is created.

6. Accounts and security

Provide accurate information, protect credentials and promptly report suspected compromise. You must not share accounts, evade eligibility checks, use false identities, circumvent geographic restrictions or use the Services for unlawful activity. We may require enhanced verification or suspend access for security, legal, sanctions, fraud or risk reasons.

7. Custody and deposits

Where a custody service is made available, it is governed by a separate Custody and Digital Asset Services Agreement, asset-specific disclosures and operational procedures. Do not send assets to an address unless the platform expressly instructs you to do so for an available service and asset/network. Transfers may be irreversible. Availability of a deposit address is not a promise of insurance, guaranteed redemption or immediate withdrawal.

8. Payments and Premium

Subscription price, billing frequency, renewal, taxes, trial conversion, cancellation and refund conditions must be disclosed before purchase. Mandatory consumer rights are not waived. Third-party payment providers may apply their own terms.

9. Advertising, affiliate and paid publishing

COINMAG may receive fees, commissions, tokens, services or other benefits for advertising, sponsored content, referrals or marketing. Material relationships will be disclosed where required. Payment does not guarantee favourable coverage, ranking, investment performance, publication or commercial results.

10. User content

If user comments or articles are enabled, you retain ownership of your content but grant COINMAG the limited licence described in the User Content Licence and Community Guidelines. You are responsible for your submissions and must have all necessary rights.

11. Intellectual property and prohibited use

The Services and COINMAG original materials are protected by intellectual-property laws. No scraping, unauthorized republication, access-control circumvention, malware, impersonation, market manipulation, fraud, sanctions evasion or unlawful use is permitted.

12. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided as is and as available, without warranties not required by law. To the maximum extent permitted, COINMAG is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable duties relating to custody, safeguarding, negligence, fraud or mandatory consumer rights.

13. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify COINMAG for third-party claims caused by your unlawful conduct, infringement, fraud or material breach. This does not cover COINMAG's own non-excludable liability or reduce statutory rights.

14. Suspension and termination

We may restrict, suspend or terminate Services for legal compliance, security, suspected fraud, sanctions, risk management, non-payment or breach. For custody services, restrictions, freezes, return of assets and termination must also follow the Custody Agreement, applicable law and any lawful order.

15. Governing law and disputes
