Accounts may be restricted for security, fraud, sanctions, legal compliance, non-payment, prohibited conduct or material breach.
2. Notice
Provide notice and reasons where legally permitted and operationally safe. Certain investigations or legal restrictions may prevent disclosure.
3. Appeal
Provide an appeal route at [email protected] where appropriate.
4. Customer assets
Account closure does not automatically extinguish customer property rights. Custodied assets must be handled under the custody agreement, applicable law and lawful restrictions.
