Evernorth Holdings, the publicly traded treasury firm that manages a large portion of XRP on behalf of shareholders such as Ripple Labs, Arrington XRP Capital and SBI Holdings, closed at $11.70 on Tuesday, marking its lowest price since the merger that became effective earlier this month. The decline represents a 44% drop from the stock’s first‑day high of $21 on October 9 and a 78% slide from the pre‑merger peak of $53 listed on the company’s investor‑relations page.

Shareholder exposure and holdings

Ripple co‑founder Chris Larsen is indirectly exposed to Evernorth through his controlling position at Ripple Labs and the Larsen Lam Children’s Remainder Trust. Arrington XRP Capital, in which RippleWorks – a nonprofit co‑founded by Larsen – holds a majority stake, is also a major shareholder. Evernorth reports that it holds roughly 473 million XRP, positioning the firm as a key liquidity source for the digital asset’s ecosystem.

Equity facility agreement

On October 26, Evernorth announced a common stock purchase agreement with CF Principal Investments LLC. The deal provides a committed equity facility for up to 5,218,935 Class A common shares. Assuming the closing price of XRPN on October 22, 2026, full execution of the facility could generate about $80 million in gross proceeds, according to the company’s filing. The capital is earmarked for the acquisition of additional XRP and for product development within the XRP ecosystem.

What to watch next

Analysts will monitor whether Evernorth taps the equity facility and how the proceeds are allocated, as well as any further price movement in response to broader market sentiment toward XRP. Additionally, updates from Ripple Labs regarding its own strategic initiatives could influence Evernorth’s valuation, given the intertwined ownership structure.
