1. Product and price

The checkout page must clearly state features, price, currency, taxes, billing interval, trial, renewal and cancellation before purchase.

2. Renewal

Obtain any consent required for automatic renewal and send reminders where required. Do not rely on pre-ticked consent where prohibited.

3. Access

Premium access is personal and non-transferable unless the plan says otherwise. We may reasonably limit abuse and credential sharing.

4. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation stops future renewals. Refunds and statutory withdrawal rights are governed by the Refund Policy and mandatory law.

5. No regulated advice by default

Premium content remains general information unless a separately authorized advisory service agreement expressly provides otherwise.
