1. Payment processor

Payments may be handled by third parties. Identify the provider, accepted methods, currencies and fees before launch.

2. Billing disclosure

Show amount, renewal frequency, taxes, trial conversion and cancellation method clearly before payment.

3. Cancellation

Provide a simple cancellation method and confirmation. Cancellation generally stops future renewal; access may continue to the paid-through date unless law or offer terms require otherwise.

4. Refunds

Honor mandatory withdrawal, refund and consumer rights. State any lawful digital-content exception only after obtaining required express consent and acknowledgement.

5. Errors

Investigate duplicate or erroneous charges promptly. Approved refunds should ordinarily be returned through the original payment method.
