1. No worldwide passport
COINMAG may market or publish content globally, but that does not create permission to offer custody, deposits, transfers, exchange, investment or other regulated products worldwide. Each product and jurisdiction requires a documented legal-perimeter assessment.
2. Product-by-product availability
Maintain an approved country matrix for each feature: media, Premium, affiliate promotions, marketing services, custody, transfers and financial products. A country may be open for reading but closed for financial onboarding.
3. Restricted persons and locations
Do not onboard sanctioned persons, prohibited counterparties or persons in restricted territories where prohibited by applicable sanctions or law. Screening must use current official lists and a documented escalation process.
4. Geolocation and evasion
COINMAG may use residence declarations, IP/location signals, identity documents, payment data and other lawful checks to determine eligibility. Users must not use VPNs, false addresses, nominees or other methods to evade restrictions.
5. Review and updates
Compliance must review the country matrix before launch and periodically thereafter, and whenever a law, licence, product, asset or provider changes. Maintain records of approvals, restrictions and decisions.
6. No representation
A country not listed as restricted is not automatically approved. Absence from a restriction list is not evidence that a product is lawful there.
