1. Scope
Applies to comments, community posts, submitted articles, reviews, ratings, images, videos and other user submissions.
2. User responsibility
You are responsible for your submissions and must ensure they are lawful, accurate where factual, non-infringing and not misleading. Disclose paid relationships, holdings and conflicts.
3. Prohibited content
No unlawful content, threats, harassment, hate, doxxing, impersonation, spam, malware, scams, market manipulation, undisclosed paid promotion, fabricated reviews, unlawful financial promotions or instructions facilitating crime.
4. Moderation
COINMAG may label, edit for formatting, restrict, remove or decline content under published rules and applicable law. Moderation decisions should be documented and an appeal route provided where appropriate.
5. No investment advice forum
User posts are not COINMAG advice or endorsement. Users must not present themselves as COINMAG representatives or licensed professionals unless authorized and accurately identified.
6. Reports and appeals
Report content or appeal moderation decisions at [email protected], providing the URL and explanation. We may prioritize urgent safety, fraud, legal and rights complaints.
