Prohibited Activities & Acceptable Use Policy

1. Prohibited conduct

Fraud, scams, money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, market manipulation, insider dealing, identity theft, ransomware, theft, unlawful gambling, exploitation, trafficking, malware, phishing and other illegal activity are prohibited.

2. Platform abuse

No unauthorized access, scraping, denial-of-service, credential sharing, circumvention of controls, fake accounts, spam, impersonation or manipulation of rankings, reviews, comments or referral systems.

3. Asset restrictions

Do not use the Services to deposit stolen, sanctioned, illicitly sourced or otherwise prohibited assets. COINMAG may reject or restrict activity as required by law.

4. Enforcement

We may investigate, remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, preserve records and report matters where lawful or required. We will follow applicable due-process and notice requirements.
