Withdrawal & Asset Return Policy

1. Availability

Withdrawals are subject to supported assets, networks, account verification, security controls, liquidity and applicable law.

2. Processing

Disclose expected processing windows, cut-offs, limits and fees. Estimates are not guarantees where blockchain congestion or third-party systems intervene.

3. Review and holds

Transactions may be held, rejected or restricted for legal, sanctions, fraud, security or court-order reasons. Holds must be reviewed and handled under applicable law; no arbitrary indefinite freeze.

4. Customer details

Customers must provide accurate destination addresses and select the correct network. Blockchain transfers may be irreversible.

5. Return on termination

Set out a lawful process for returning assets, dealing with unclaimed assets and handling insolvency or legal restrictions.
